SHIPPING POLICY

Every Dandelune creation is thoughtfully personalized and made to order with care. Because our products are custom-produced specifically for each child, shipping and production timelines may differ slightly from traditional retail orders.


PRODUCTION TIMES

Most personalized orders require approximately 5 business days for production before shipment.

Production times may vary during holidays, high-demand periods, or due to fulfillment partner capacity.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.


SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, and seasonal demand.

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout whenever available, but they are not guaranteed.

Dandelune is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers,

  • customs processing,

  • weather events,

  • incorrect shipping information,

  • or circumstances outside our control.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email whenever tracking is available through the carrier.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Dandelune is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate addresses submitted by the customer.

We cannot guarantee address changes once production or shipment has begun.


LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or you experience a significant delivery issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Whenever appropriate, we will work with you to help resolve the issue, including reviewing replacement eligibility when applicable.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Some products may be fulfilled and shipped from facilities located in the United States.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their local authorities.

These charges are not controlled by Dandelune and are the responsibility of the customer.
