Welcome to Dandelune. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dandelune. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Dandelune offers personalized children’s books and related products designed to create meaningful emotional experiences through storytelling and imagination. Because many of our products are custom-made specifically for each child, additional terms regarding personalization, production, and replacements apply.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.


SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.


SECTION 2 — PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Dandelune specializes in personalized products created using customer-submitted information and photos.

While we make every effort to create a meaningful and recognizable representation of each child, customers acknowledge that personalized illustrations are artistic interpretations and may not appear identical to real-life photographs.

Colors, textures, and printed appearance may vary slightly depending on screens, devices, lighting, and print production processes.

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate personalization details and high-quality reference photos whenever possible.


SECTION 3 — ORDERS & PRODUCTION

All personalized orders are custom-made specifically for the customer.

Because production begins shortly after purchase, personalized orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has started.

Production times are typically estimated at approximately 5 business days before shipment, although delays may occasionally occur due to printing, fulfillment, holidays, or carrier issues.

Dandelune reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.


SECTION 4 — REPLACEMENTS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Customer experience is deeply important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing issue, personalization error, or if there is a significant concern regarding your child’s representation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Whenever appropriate, we may request additional reference photos or information in order to improve the personalization outcome.

If an issue qualifies for correction, Dandelune may offer a replacement copy at our discretion.

Because personalized products are custom-created, we do not offer traditional refunds or returns for subjective preference issues once production has begun.


SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Dandelune is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.


SECTION 6 — CHILD PHOTOS & PERSONALIZATION DATA

Customer-submitted photos are used solely for personalization purposes related to the creation of your order.

We do not sell customer photos or use them to train public AI systems.

Unless explicit permission is granted by the customer, personalized customer content and children’s photos will never be publicly shared by Dandelune.

Personalization files and submitted child photos are securely stored temporarily and are typically deleted within 30 days after order fulfillment.


SECTION 7 — MARKETING & CUSTOMER CONTENT

Dandelune may only share personalized customer creations, photos, reviews, or related content for promotional or marketing purposes if explicit customer permission has been granted.

Customers retain ownership of their personal photographs and submitted content.


SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Dandelune content, including illustrations, branding, logos, graphics, designs, product concepts, website content, and storytelling materials are the intellectual property of Dandelune and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.


SECTION 9 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dandelune shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.


SECTION 10 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
